entre les filets =&gt; vissage impossible surtout en proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019impression 3D<\/p>\r\n<p>Pour obtenir le jeu de fonctionnement n\u00e9cessaire au vissage, il serait n\u00e9cessaire de faire des tests avec des diam\u00e8tres nominaux diff\u00e9rents et des jeux diff\u00e9rents =&gt; je vais investiguer sur le sujet et reviendrais vers vous.<\/p>\r\n<p>En assemblage issu du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019impression 3D, la r\u00e9alisation de filetage doit s\u2019appliquer \u00e0 des diam\u00e8tres suffisamment importants et \u00e0 des fonctions autres que vis\/\u00e9crous d\u2019assemblages (pas d\u2019effort axial)<\/p>\r\n<p>Pour un filetage m\u00e9trique dans une pi\u00e8ce imprim\u00e9e en 3D il y a lieu de privil\u00e9gier l\u2019\u00e9crou noy\u00e9 et la vis en acier.<\/p>\r\n<p>La vis \u00e0 bois est \u00e9galement un bon moyen d\u2019assemblage \u00e0 condition d\u2019avoir pr\u00e9vu, lors de l\u2019impression, un trou de la moiti\u00e9 du diam\u00e8tre de la vis dans la pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 visser pour disposer de suffisamment de mati\u00e8re autour de la vis.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0Il est \u00e9galement possible de pr\u00e9voir un trou du diam\u00e8tre int\u00e9rieur d\u2019un \u00e9crou et d\u2019utiliser des tarauds pour faire le filetage femelle associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une vis en acier.<\/p>\r\n<p>Une vis de diam\u00e8tre &lt; \u00e0 12\/14 mm ne pr\u00e9sente pas d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat du fait de son impression en couches perpendiculaires \u00e0 l\u2019axe (donc de r\u00e9sistance tr\u00e8s faible)<\/p>\r\n<p>Les bons cas d\u2019usage des filetages en impression 3D sont plut\u00f4t \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier pour 1) les gros diam\u00e8tres 2) les filetages sans r\u00e9el effort de traction axiale (bouchon, \u2026)<\/p>\r\n<p>Pour ces
